First Potato Harvest!…

i would have never imagined that my garden activities would take up more space on this blog because i never thought i had a green thumb… and looks like it will continue to be featured…

Clockwise from Top Left: the potato plants die back and that’s when you know it’s harvest time! So i harvested a week ago… Top Right: seeing those first potatoes was so exciting, who would have thought… Bottom Right: the entire potato harvest isn’t big, just over 900g but enough… Bottom Left: used the whole harvest to make potato salad for our church lunch last weekend. YUM!
