Their Adoption Funds Grew Because You Bought… Angel Crafts Shop…

i have fallen behind in doing my quarterly summary for funds raised for my Orphans of the Month. So sorry.

So here’s the summary for the last 5 months, April to August 2015.

In April, sweet Daphne was my Orphan of the Month. We had one sale, a large custom order, that month and raised US$75 ($67.50 after 10% was taken for the Voice of Hope – VOH – fund) for her adoption grant. It was zero when i first saw her listed. And my goal was to get to at least US$50 and because you bought, the goal was met. THANK YOU!

In May, i choose dear TannerJay to be Orphan of the Month. But there was sadly no sale in May and so he stayed on. And still no sales in June 😦 so over the summer he remained as Orphan of the Month. Finally a sale, another large custom order, and we managed to raise US$75 ($67.50 after VOH) for TannerJay. THANK YOU for helping to meet the goal of at least US$50.

Thank you so very much for your continued support and encouragement.

Please do pray for Daphne and TannerJay, and share their need for a caring family. Also do continue to shop at Angel Crafts Shop and help more orphans.

Stay tuned for the Orphan of the Month for September.

Orphan of the Month for June… Angel Crafts Shop…

Because i did not have any sales in May, my Orphan of the Month for May, TannerJay, did not get any contributions into his adoption grant. So TannerJay will stay on as Orphan of the Month for June.

Now let me introduce you to TannerJay… again 😉

TannerJay has a Congenital Heart Defect which shows clearly in his constantly blue lips. i am not sure what it means when his file says his fingers are stumped – maybe they are shorter than they should be. But that hasn´t stopped him from learning a musical instrument and some English.  He also has good self-care skills and wants an older brother.

TannerJay needs a loving family to help him get the medical care he needs and more importantly to live his life to the fullest. It is likely that his hope for a family would lay outside of his home country; which means an expensive and long international adoption process.

At the beginning of May, TannerJay´s adoption grant at Reece´s Rainbow was at zero. i am sad to see that it is still at zero. i would like to see at least US$50.00 in his grant by the end of June. i need your help.

You can help by making a purchase from my online shop, Angel Crafts Shop. 50% of all sales in June goes to TannerJay´s adoption grant. So come on over and start shopping!

Please click on TannerJay´s name or picture to find out more about him. And do pray for his daily needs and for a forever family to step up for him.

Thank you very much.

More About Jason…

Do you see that little photo of Jason on the right side of this blog?

i wrote about him more than a year ago, my boy and i pray for him daily and he is still waiting for a forever family. i must confess that i have not been a very good advocate of late. i post mainly on my FB page (Just Needing A Family’s Love). But even there i have been posting only once a week. i really ought to do more.

But there have been a few things happening. First, i was discouraged when Jasper aged out without a family. I was very sad for Jasper and i still pray for him. i pray that the Lord takes care of him and provides him with a ‘family’ even if it is not a traditional one. Second, a few months ago, Jason’s file went missing for a few weeks. Then it was found. Third, Jason disappeared off the shared list (a list of orphans available for adoption from his country) a few weeks ago.

Jason is in an orphan hosting program. Please pray it will be a good experience.
Jason is in an orphan hosting program. Please pray it will be a good experience.

However, that turns out to be a good thing. i have been very recently informed that Jason is now part of an Orphan Hosting Program run by Great Wall. Which means he will get a chance to go to America this summer and experience life in a family in America!

Jason is a fun-loving, outgoing boy who maybe shy around strangers but loves to perform. His only special need is that he has albinism. Such a manageable need! Being in a caring family, having a family to call his own, would make such a difference to his life; it would help him find his true worth. Because where he is now, he is not valued as he should be. Where he is now, he is just a boy without parents and a medical condition which makes him stick out like a sore thumb.

Please please be praying along with me that a wonderful loving family will pick him to host and that he will have an awesome experience. And of course, that this might even lead somehow to his forever family seeing him and coming for him.

Thank you.
