Day 9: Frank Needs A Family… Forty to Forever…

Day 9 at Forty to Forever, today is for Frank! Frank is 12 but is the size of a 7-year-old, Frank is sweet, loving but is mentally delayed, Frank has no future without a loving family and will be stuck in an adult mental institution, doing nothing, every day, all day for the rest of his days. Help him reach a family, share his story, contribute towards his adoption grant.
Today’s Lent Devotion tells us how important it is to NOT go out onto the battlefield without our armour. After all, we would not step out of our house naked, would we? Have a read and think about it… syc

I prayed for him, sold cookies at my church group with my best friend for him, and started a blog (You can read Belle’s blog here).

I prayed for almost a year that he would find his family. The day after his sixth birthday, the director of Reece’s Rainbow told me that someone was…

Our Goal is to raise $500 for Allen and Lina… $108 to go!

Bulgaria-August 2012 834Eric and Kelsey write: “We started talking about adoption many years ago before our first child was born. Fast forward a few years and after having 4 children in 8 years we were not thinking about adopting, we were just trying to survive!  At that time a precious family in our Sunday School class brought their daughter Meribeth home from Columbia, and then started working to bring Chrissie home from Serbia. We marveled at the way God worked in each of their adoptions and wondered if we would ever see God working in our lives that powerfully. Little did we know the adventure He had planned for us!
